Women’s/WTFNB Ride
Alto Velo's Women’s/WTFNB rides are open to all women, trans, femme, and non-binary cyclists and will be held occasionally on various routes around the Bay Area, starting Winter 2023. You do not need to be an Alto Velo member to join the rides. The goal of these rides is to build camaraderie amongst gender minorities in the cycling community and to encourage participation in the sport. These rides are led by members of the Alto Velo Women’s Racing Team. If you are a racer, ex-racer, want-to-be racer or a strong rider looking for other strong women to ride with, this is the ride for you!
Start: Saturdays 9:00am from various locations around the bay.
Pace: Moderately paced, set by the ride leader. Expect to climb OLH in 25-30 minutes.
Regroups: Regroups as needed. For longer rides, we may stop for coffee and snacks.
