The Low Heart Rate “LHR” Ride

The LHR Ride is a recovery ride designed to get some extra weekday miles while spending time with friends and practicing group riding skills. Routes are on flat to rolling terrain, 20-30 miles long, and intended to take about 2 hours. Join us every Thursday at 12 Noon at Summit Bicycles Palo Alto!

Come join the Low Heart Rate (LHR) Thursday ride. 10/31/24

Perfect for some low intensity miles, Get to know other AV riders & work on your group riding skills. 

We will leave Summit bikes (392 California Ave, Palo Alto) @ 12:00pm

Due to time constraint of the setting sun the new start time to 12:00 noon for the fall/winter season.
